Hello PPC Family,

2020 didn't quite start off how any of us had hoped with the COVID-19 pandemic. But WE ARE OPEN! We hope you are staying healthy, mentally strong and safe. Just remember, this is our new normal for the time being, but this will not last forever! We just wanted to give you an update about how we are doing things and the changes we've made to keep you and our staff safe and well fed.

Having a safe and clean restaurant has always been a priority to us and that's part of the reason we always wanted to keep our open kitchens at both locations. Still, we've increased our already rigorous cleaning schedule focusing on high touch surfaces, making sure we are using the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing products to do so. We require mask inside by all staff and customers must wear masks unless they are seated at their tables. We are currently accepting credit card only and are encouraging online ordering and mobile/no contact payments. We have changed our customer condiments to single use wherever possible.

We will continue to follow CDC and FDA guidelines.

Our Frederick location is open for curbside to go, no contact delivery and outdoor dining!

Our Hagerstown location has a very different layout and footprint so Hagerstown is open for curbside to go, no contact delivery, outdoor dining and socially distanced indoor dining. We are also operating on DoorDash, UberEats, Slice, and GrubHub for both locations.
